SHIPPING POLICY
All orders take 5-10 Business Days to Process and Ship (Not including Weekends).
15 Business Days during Holiday season for process and shipping. When your order is purchased and processed a tracking number will be provided to you by email. Addresses must be confirmed in order to ship otherwise unconfirmed addresses will cause a delay in processing or the order will be canceled and an email will be sent out to let you know that your order did not process. We are not responsible for post office delays. Please purchase in advance to ensure you will receive items on time.
For Local Deliveries, there will be a $7 delivery fee, you will see at check out. Clients are more than welcome to pick up order(s) curbside, once order(s) have been placed and processed Clients will get a notification when order(s) are ready for pickup, please give 4-8 hours for processing, in some cases orders can take up to 24 hours depending on the volume of ordering processing for that.
RETURN AND EXCHANGE POLICY
Customer satisfaction is our number one priority! If you’re unhappy with your order, we will gladly accept non-custom items to be returned for store credit within 10 days from the date of delivery as indicated by courier notification. Returns must be unworn, undamaged, and unaltered. Items must be returned in the original packaging, including boxes, pouches, or gifts with purchase. All personalized, name, initial styles and any custom orders are FINAL SALE *This includes items that have a single initial. Shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. We are not responsible for return shipping charges, therefore if an item is returned, shipping charges will be deducted from credited amount. Please take extra care when packing your items to ensure they will not be damaged in transit. All returns will be go through an inspection process before they are accepted. We are unable to accept returned products that have been damaged. (Tangled, scratched etc.) If we do not receive your return package as described above, we reserve the right to refuse your return or please note a fee may apply.
CANCELLATION POLICY
No Order Cancellations. No order can be changed or cancelled after the order has been placed,
it is no longer able to be cancelled.
SALES POLICY
Items reduced off the original price are considered final sale and not returnable for a refund or store credit.
